**Job Title**: MIS Expert
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Department**: MIS
**Reports To**: Senior Management
**Experience**: 3-4 Years
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Automate reports and dashboards for various departments using scripting tools like Google Apps Script.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and consolidation from multiple sources.
- Create and update real-time dashboards and visualizations for management insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Assist in the digital transformation of manual processes through automation and scripting.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, etc.).
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
- Experience in working with Looker Studio or other BI tools.
- Ability to write, modify, and debug scripts to automate reports and workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Prior experience in a data-driven role within a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
