**Purchase Executive**

**-* **To procure material as per the indents received from various departments after approval by the concerned. Order General Stationary material in coordination with Purchase department. *

**-* **To issue materials to the departments as per the approved requisitions given by the concerned HOD with proper authorization. Ensure proper supplies of regular items to all departments.*

**-* **Receive the materials from the suppliers and check the delivery challan / Invoice. Check the Quality of material and to maintain the record of receipts and issues.*

**-* **To maintain the Re-order level for all Items and raise the Indent to Purchase dept., for procurement. Intimate to the HOD about the requirements of the department to replenish stock.*

**-* **To ensure that the stores are stacked in orderly sequence for quick issue of items.*

**-* **To maintain minimum stock of most essential items.*

**-* **To maintain the stock record regularly for necessary purchases.*

**-* **GRNs are to be prepared to process the bills for payment.*

**-* **Maintain all registers related to stores.*

**-* **To submit monthly MIS report and periodical reports as and when required.*

**-* **To maintain record of scrap disposed and submit to finance department.*

**-* **To maintain contact details of vendors for emergency procurement of material.*

**-* **To maintain a register for complaints received from various departments and pass on the same to the concerned for compliance.*

**-* **To maintain a record of returnable and nonreturnable gate passes. To return the Non Moving stock to the concerned vendor and to get the credit note from them.*

**-* **To maintain cleanliness in their department.*

**-* **Any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.*

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
