We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Field Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our range of consumer products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across **Delhi & Gurgaon**.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and wholesale outlets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer feedback.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends and pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years** of proven experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- **Own vehicle is mandatory.**:

- Good knowledge of the **Delhi & Gurgaon market** and local areas.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a salary of ₹18,000 per month plus attractive incentives on target achievement.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
