**Job Title**: Pre-primary Teacher/Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Teaching Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Implement and teach the CBSE-recommended Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) curriculum.
- **Lesson Planning**: Design creative and age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on play-based and experiential learning.
- **Classroom Management**: Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- **Activity Planning**: Conduct group and individual activities, such as storytelling, singing, art, and craft, to promote cognitive and motor skill development.

**2. Student Development**:

- **Holistic Growth**: Promote physical, emotional, and social growth in children.
- **Behaviour Observation**: Monitor and document the development and behaviour of students to identify areas of improvement or special needs.
- **Parent Interaction**: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their ward's progress and provide guidance on continued learning at home.

**3. Administrative Coordination**:

- **Resource Management**: Oversee classroom resources like teaching aids, toys, and books.
- **Training**: Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers on pedagogical methods and teaching strategies.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain attendance, student portfolios, and progress reports.

**4. Program Development**:

- **Events & Celebrations**: Plan and coordinate school activities such as annual day, cultural events, and festivals.
- **Workshops**: Organize and participate in workshops for professional development.

**5. Compliance**:

- Ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines and ECCE frameworks for the pre-primary section.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Educational Expertise**: Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, child development theories, and teaching techniques.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- **Creativity**: Innovating teaching methodologies and creating engaging lesson content.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficient classroom and resource management.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Understanding the needs of children and addressing them calmly.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Early Childhood Education**, **B.Ed.**, or related field.
- Certifications in Montessori or ECCE methodologies are preferred.

**Experience**:

- **Teacher Role**: At least 2 years of teaching experience in the pre-primary section.
- **Coordinator Role**: Experience in mentoring or coordinating a team of teachers is an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,321.92 - ₹20,770.02 per month
