Dispatch Executive

**Job Title**: Dispatch Engineer
**Location**: Nalgonda, Telangana.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing operations to manage and oversee the dispatch activities of finished goods. The role involves coordinating with production, stores, logistics, and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery, proper documentation, and compliance with customer and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch activities as per customer orders and production schedules.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of materials.
- Monitor packaging, labeling, and loading activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents (DCs, invoices, e-way bills, etc.).
- Ensure proper vehicle allocation and route planning for cost-effective transportation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports for audit and MIS purposes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies regarding dispatch and logistics.
- Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damages during dispatch.
- Continuously work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **dispatch/logistics** within a **manufacturing industry**.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle, etc.) and MS Office tools.
- Good understanding of packaging standards and transportation regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
