**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Wakad, Pune / Belapur, Mumbai

**Eligibility**:

- **BBA students** from around Wakad will be given priority
- **Fresher - 2 years** of experience in procurement/purchasing
- **Diploma or Engineering graduates** are a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **RFQ (Request for Quotation) process**, comparing supplier quotes.
- Support vendor negotiations and purchase order management.
- Track and ensure **timely procurement** of materials and services.
- Travel to **Chakan and surrounding areas** to collect supplier details and quotations.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Stay **alert on timelines** and proactively address procurement challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Own a bike** (mandatory) - Fuel expenses will be covered
- Willingness to **travel to Chakan** for supplier coordination
- Strong analytical skills for price comparisons
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
