We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in accurately recording and inputting financial data into our Tally Software system. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy will ensure the integrity of our financial records and support the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries, into the Tally Software system with precision and efficiency.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical documentation of financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements as needed, utilizing data entered into the Tally Software system.
- Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Stay updated on changes and updates to Tally Software functionality and accounting regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in data entry processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Tally Software with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Excellent numerical and typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and terminology.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
