**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect, design, and implement **scalable solutions** using **MERN Stack**.
- Oversee **database selection and optimization** (MongoDB/MySQL) to ensure efficient data management.
- Ensure compliance with **Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)**, including source code management, development tools, and security best practices.
- Optimize **code management processes** using **Python** and implement **ETL pipelines** for data processing.
- Leverage **Hadoop and Spark** for big data processing and analytics.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for scalable architecture and system performance.
- Conduct **code reviews, security assessments, and performance tuning** to ensure efficient system operation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Expertise in **MERN Stack** (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of **database technologies** (MongoDB/MySQL).
- Experience with **Kubernetes** for container orchestration.
- Proven ability to implement and manage **Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)**.
- Hands-on experience in **Python-based development**, **ETL**, and **big data technologies** (Hadoop, Spark).
- Solid understanding of **cloud architectures** and **microservices**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in **AWS/Azure/GCP**, Kubernetes, or relevant database technologies.
- Experience in **DevOps**, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of **data security best practices** and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
