**Export Executive (Pharma Industry) - Job Description**

An Export Executive in the pharmaceutical industry manages and coordinates the international sales and shipment of pharmaceutical products. Their key responsibilities include handling documentation for exports, ensuring compliance with international regulations, coordinating with logistics providers, maintaining communication with overseas clients, and supporting the sales team to expand into global markets. They also ensure that products meet quality standards and country-specific regulatory requirements before dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards (like WHO-GMP, FDA, etc.).
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics departments to meet export timelines.
- Manage communication with foreign clients, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, customs clearance, or documentation errors.
- Assist the sales team in developing international markets and achieving export sales targets.
- Stay updated on export laws, tariff rates, and market conditions in different countries.
- Participate in international tenders, exhibitions, and trade shows.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and documentation
- Understanding of INCOTERMS and international logistics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with export software and ERP systems
- Problem-solving and time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
