- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate the front desk systems and manage daily reports.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
