**Job Overview**: A Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy Development**:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media marketing strategy.
- Define the most important social media KPIs to measure success.
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Ensure brand consistency in all posts and communications.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- **Campaign Execution**:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Work with influencers and partners to expand campaign reach and engagement.
- Utilize paid advertising options on social media platforms to boost visibility and reach.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers to increase loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to adjust strategies and optimize content.
- **Market Research and Trends**:
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and strategy.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the company’s social media presence.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce compelling content.
- Ensure social media activities are integrated with other marketing efforts.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:
- Ensure all social media activities comply with copyright laws, platform policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and enforce social media guidelines for the organization.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns and content.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with the target audience.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Pay: ₹10,433.29 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
