**Job Profile**

Plans, Organizes and Supervises the daily maintenance operations of the plant.

Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff.

Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance and repair services; identify resource needs and allocate resource accordingly.

Respond to and maintain order in emergency situations.

Project detailing/execution, reports.

Operations of the maintenance department. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.

Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.

Maintenance Supervisors inspect sites to identify problems and necessary maintenance. prepare weekly schedules for allocating work as per forecasted workloads and employ supervisors that can be assigned tasks accordingly to make sure deadlines are met with accuracy.
