**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable building materials and products (e.g., tiles, sanitaryware, cement, paints, doors, etc.).
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and providing solutions from the available product range.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the showroom inventory and pricing.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and individual clients.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or manual systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Assist with showroom displays, merchandising, and cleanliness to ensure an appealing environment for customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in building materials, hardware, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction and building materials is essential.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving monthly sales goals.
- Fluent in [local language] and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
