Job Title: IT/Network Trainee

**Location**: Viman Nagar, Pune

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Support**: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software components.
- **Monitoring and Maintenance**: Help monitor network performance, ensure network availability, and resolve connectivity issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- **User Support**: Provide basic IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
- **Security Compliance**: Assist in implementing security protocols and practices to safeguard the network infrastructure.
- **Learning and Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior team members on various projects and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- **Basic Knowledge**: Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- **Learning Aptitude**: Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- **Certification**: A basic certification in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) is a plus but not required.
