A commodities trader specializing in gold is responsible for buying and selling gold on behalf of clients or the trading firm. This person must have a deep understanding of the gold market, including factors that can affect the price of gold and the potential risks and rewards of trading in this commodity. The specific roles and responsibilities of a commodities trader specializing in gold may include: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESMonitoring global economic and political events that can affect the price of gold, and using this information to make informed trading decisions.Developing and implementing trading strategies that take into account market trends, client preferences, and the firm's overall trading goals.Buying and selling gold on behalf of clients or the firm, using a variety of trading platforms and tools, including electronic trading systems, futures exchanges, and over-the-counter markets.Managing the risks associated with gold trading, including monitoring positions to ensure that they are within acceptable risk limits, and using risk management tools and techniques to mitigate potential losses.Communicating with clients to understand their investment objectives and provide advice on potential trading opportunities and strategies.Maintaining accurate records of all trades, including details of transactions, positions, and risk management measures.Staying up-to-date with developments in the gold market and the broader commodities industry, including new regulations and trading technologies.Collaborating with other members of the trading team to share ideas and strategies, and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the trading desk. REQUIREMENTSA strong understanding of the gold market, including factors that can affect the price of gold and the potential risks and rewards of trading in this commodity.Experience in the commodities industry, including knowledge of trading platforms, instruments, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and respond to changes in the market.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time.A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, or business.Relevant certifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations, may be advantageous.Fluency in English and any other relevant languages, depending on the geographical areas in which the trader will be operating.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
