**Role Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trading opportunities in the commodities market.
- Develop and execute trading strategies that align with Pazago's financial goals and risk management policies.
- Manage the daily operations of commodity trading, including execution of buy and sell orders, portfolio management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with market participants, including brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Pazago's cross-functional teams to integrate commodity trading operations with our broader trade platform services.
- Provide insights and reports on market trends, trading performance, and risk management to Pazago's leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity trading, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools.
- Excellent decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of global commodity markets and regulatory environments.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a trading team.
