**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the roll forward, preparing and maintenance of external reporting documents in Workiva reporting tool for SEC regulatory documents for various public entities, including 8-K/earnings presentation, Form 10-Q/Form 10-K, XBRL taxonomy and proxy statement
- Performing flux analysis of consolidated results and of operating segments - Preparing tie outs for the 8-K/earnings presentation, Form 10-Q/Form 10-K and proxy statement - Assisting with the preparation and review of various internal management reporting, including document set up, data gathering, tie outs and formatting checks - Assisting with research on peer disclosures and with the implementation and documentation of new accounting pronouncements
- Assisting in the analysis and reviewing legal documents of new entities and funds assessed for consolidation
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of globally consistent accounting policies
- Maintaining a strong internal control environment and strict compliance with regulatory literature

Reviewing existing processes for automation and improvement opportunities
- Assisting in ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by management

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in public accounting and/or industry experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
- Experience with Workiva and/or Onestream a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize under deadline-oriented circumstances & be flexible in terms of hours in order to coordinate with team members across various time zones
- Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated, attention to detail and a team player
