Overview of the job

We encourage you to apply for our entry level in Finance & Accounting, Procter & Gamble F&A department. You will be part of a team that handles accounting, external reporting and compliance of financial statements. We intended to sharpen your functional skills while building out your broader business and leadership skills.

Your team

The role reports into a Band 1 or 2 Manager. The team has BTAs and Managers who work on accounting, external reporting and compliance of financial statements.

As a F&A contributor youll become a significant member of one of our Global Business Service Center, working directly with different plants and businesses around the globe. We'll give you the responsibility for your project(s), working closely with colleagues from Finance and other functions internally (e.g., Product Supply, Logistics, and Purchasing) and externally (customers and suppliers).

Responsibilities of the role
  • Preparing reports for Local Accounting and Financial Statements
  • Lead Month-end close process.
  • Action Compliance and Governance tasks in the role
  • Lead Automation and Documentation of Processes
Job Qualifications
  • SAP expertise.
  • Strong business applications skills (MS Office specially Excel, Powerpoint. Advanced Microsoft skills will be preferred Power query, Power automate and Knime, PBI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Additional Accounting Qualifications will be preferred
  • Process optimization, automation, standardization skills (is a plus)
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Relevant work experience will be preferred
