**Job description**
- Achieved cost-effective procurement outcomes by establishing strong relationships with vendors and partners, and negotiating well.
- To prepare the monthly pending status report of the purchase
- To prepare the monthly cash purchase report
- To ensure that quotation of minimum three parties
- To prepare comparative statement with specification
- To ensure various records, registers are maintained
- To check if vendor profile form is maintained
- To supervise the assistant in day to day activities
- Co-ordinate with the seller
- Preliminary negotiation with the parties
- Forwarding comparative statement to the purchase manager for final negotiation
- Complete the formalities after the approval of the supplier
- Co-ordination with the other departments.
- **Job Location - Wayanad, Kerala.**

**Requirements**:

- Having purchase experience in **Cafe/Hotel/ Restaurant/Resorts**:

- Experience - 3 - 5 Yrs
