**LOOKING FOR PURCHASE CUM STORE INCHARGE FOR OIL & GAS INDUSTRIES - MANUFACTURERS OF FASTENERS & MACHINED COMPONENTS, FITTINGS HAVING HANDLED API, PED& ISO CERTIFICATIONS.**

Industrial Engineering Works is a company started to manufacture Special Fasteners for the Oil & Gas, Process Industries and Aerospace & Defence industries. The company is ISO9001:2015 Certified. The company is in a growth phase and in exciting times.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- To maintain compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards, PED 2014/68/EU Standards, API 20E/20F Standards.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Document Purchase activities
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Develop SOPs, WI, and Process Flow in line with requirements of ISO9001-2015, PED2014/68/EU & API20E/20F and ensure consistent compliance with the same.
- Make purchases on the basis of Indents raised.
- Develop Vendors for RM, Bought outs, Subcontracting, and other miscellaneous purchase in line with the company’s requirements.
- Supplier Evaluation & Selection
- Supplier Monitoring & Rating
- Supplier development. Raw material purchaser quotation
- Test certificate from supplier where ever applicable
- GRN, P.O, input for debit and credit note
- Maintaining in house stock of direct and indirect material
- Keeping control on stock and sub contractor end, Issues, receipts to material and records to maintained
- Identification traceability, protection of material

**Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month**

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Madhavaram, Chennai - 600060, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Purchase Executive: 3 years (required)
- Total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Knowledge:

- Microsoft Office
- Purchase management and Store management
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.
