**Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**:Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product content, ensuring accuracy and appeal.

**Customer Engagement**:Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work to enhance the overall online shopping experience.

**Inventory Control**:Keep track of inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team.
Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.

**Platform Optimization**:Stay updated on e-commerce platform features and tools.
Implement strategies to improve product visibility and sales.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends.
Generate reports to evaluate product and marketing performance.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns to drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and platform management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO principles for e-commerce is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
