**As a Telesales Representative for Gems and Jewellery, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone and promote the products and services offered by the company.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of products and services, provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and value proposition of each product.
- Address any queries or concerns they may have and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and close deals successfully.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to convert leads into sales.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads in the company's CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to Gems and Jewellery products.
- Stay updated on the latest Gems and Jewellery trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or sales within the Gems and Jewellery industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Language
- Tamil (Hindi and English must)
