**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Accounting Tele Support Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients while providing phone support for a variety of accounting-related inquiries. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional telephone support to clients with accounting inquiries.
- Research and resolve client account issues related to [list relevant areas, e.g., billing, payments, statements].
- Clearly explain complex accounting concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks performed.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Malayalam.
- Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with clients over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with computerized accounting software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
