Position: Tele caller

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on provided leads.

Handle calls professionally, addressing customer queries, and providing information about products/services.

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

Sales and Promotions:
Inform customers about promotional offers and recommend relevant products or services.

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets as set by the organization.

Data Management:
Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the company CRM or database.

Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.

Feedback Gathering:
Collect feedback from customers to improve the products/services and overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

**Experience**:
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

**Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Good listening skills and customer empathy.

**Technical Requirements**:
Stable internet connection.

Working computer or laptop with a headset.

Quiet and distraction-free workspace.

**Work Hours**:
Flexible shifts (based on company requirements, e.g., part-time or full-time).
