- Telesales Executive for Noida sec 3*

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation must

Experience: minimum 1 year in telesales ( B2B preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback for product improvement

**Requirements**:

- Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence potential customers
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using technology for sales activities

Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (6 days a week)
