**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy condition
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- HSC or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday
**Time**: 10 AM to 7 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
