Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Hiring Status: Immediate

**Salary**: ₹17,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage painting and finishing processes for furniture, fixtures, and interior fit-out components in residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor the quality of paintwork, ensuring consistency, durability, and adherence to design specifications.
- Interpret project drawings and specifications to guide the team in achieving desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Ensure timely completion of painting tasks in alignment with project schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of paints, solvents, and equipment, to maintain a safe worksite.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and project managers to address issues and ensure seamless integration with other fit-out activities.
- Maintain records of paint usage, work progress, and quality checks for reporting to management.
- Train and mentor painting staff to uphold quality standards and improve techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Paint Supervisor or similar role in furniture, fixtures, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials (e.g., PU, lacquer, enamel), and surface preparation for wood, metal, and upholstery.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage painting teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and finishing specifications.
- Good communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Diploma or certification in Painting, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supervising painting operations in furniture, fixtures, upholstery, or interior fit-out projects for residential and commercial spaces.
