TechGenzi is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients and leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products or services
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products or services to prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Give proper demonstration of our products with live examples
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the sales manager or team leader.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while ensuring the best interests of both the company and the client are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help improve products or services.
- Collaborate with finance& Accounts team to follow up with customer for payments

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
- Familiarity with the specific industry or market you will be targeting.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Networking and relationship-building skills.

**Minimum Required Qualification**:

- Any bachelor’s degree / diploma degree.
- Fresher / 1 years of experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
