Black Rock Hotels & Resorts Private Limited manages the operations and sales for Pushkara Resort And Spa in Pushkar and Ananta Resorts & Spa in Jaipur by Ravi Surya Group.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Vanaam Hotels & Resorts located in Jaipur. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling reservations, managing guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. They will work closely with the front office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and will assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and bookings.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations or front office operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional service

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
