**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information
- Coordinate with field sales teams for seamless lead handover
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up on orders and payments
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Respond to product or service queries from clients
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products or services
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (as needed)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer handling
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
