**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential customers for home loan products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage, or related financial products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and documentation process is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
