Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Management:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of ledgers.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports as required.

2. Operational Support:

- Assist in day-to-day business operations, including resource management and workflow tracking.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project deadlines and operational targets are met.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

- Generate and maintain detailed operational and financial reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Analyze data trends to provide insights for process optimization.

4. Administrative Coordination:

- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for smooth operations.
- Support procurement and inventory management activities.

5. Communication and Team Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and support client/vendor relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
