We are seeking a skilled Tally Operator to join our team. As a Tally Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining our company's financial records using Tally software. Your duties will include data entry, reconciliation, generating reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Tally software to accurately record and maintain financial transactions.
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Stay updated on changes and updates to Tally software and accounting practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally software and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
