**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Layout**: Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements.
- **Branding**: Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design projects, including maintaining and updating brand guidelines as necessary.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to create graphics and visuals for project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- **Digital and Print Materials**: Produce high-quality digital and print-ready files for a range of media, ensuring that all materials are visually appealing and meet the company's standards.
- **Photography and Videography**: Capture and edit photos and videos of construction sites, projects, and company events to be used in marketing materials.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with external vendors such as printers and promotional product suppliers to ensure timely and accurate production of materials.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team to continuously improve the company's visual communications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Experience in creating construction-related graphics, such as site plans, diagrams, and technical illustrations, is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- **Other Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
