**Customer Service Associate**
**Shifts/Weekly Offs**:
Rotational shifts [**Night shifts**] & rostered weekly offs [**6 Days working**]
**Location**: Airoli
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
- Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Must **have own laptop** with genuine **Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB Ram** or above **configuration**.
- Must have a **dedicated workspace** at **home **to **ensure no background noise** for **customer interactions** [**Calls/Chats** etc]
- Must have **Internet speed** of **minimum 50 Mbps**
- Good **Quality Headset**
- **Power backup** in case there are frequent power failures
**Education and Experience**
- **HSC / Graduation** With **excellent communication skills **[**Written and Spoken**]
- **Typing Speed** - **30 WPM Accuracy 95%+**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
