Attend Inbound Calls and Make Outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable Projects.
- Ensure strong follow-up with potential customers and push them for site visit.
- Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.
- Maintain daily reports of Fresh Calls, Site visits expected and Follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.
- Graduate/Under Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in Tele calling.
- Ability to take high call volumes.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
