**What you will be doing**
- Knowledge of Global remit
- Invoicing & Forecasting Associate
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Leading meetings with Leaders
- Internal sub team updates
- Monthly HR communication calls and updates
- Arranging Wellbeing monthly calls
- Reg U training/WeLearn/Corp Training
- Mailbox monitoring for region
- Monitor invoices/tracking against SOWs and renewals
- Knowledge Ireland dental and medical benefits
- Benefits plan enrolment and termination information
- Poland benefit excl. retirement
- HC and VP reports distributed
**What you bring**
- Ability to prioritize work, handle details accurately and follow up with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to accurately and efficiently type, format and produce reports, charts, graphs, and other general correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software packages
