We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits Specialist to manage the day-to-day administration of our employee health insurance (mediclaim) and company car/lease programs.

This role is crucial in ensuring our employees have seamless access to their benefits, providing expert guidance, and maintaining compliance with company policy and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Health Benefits (Mediclaim)

Manage the end-to-end administration of the corporate Group Health Insurance policy, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Act as the primary point of contact for employees, insurance providers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for all mediclaim-related inquiries and escalations.

Educate employees on policy coverage, claims procedures, and network hospitals.

Monitor claims processing and assist employees in resolving complex or delayed claim settlements.

Administer the company's Car Lease or Car Allowance program for eligible employees.

Coordinate with vendors, employees, and finance for vehicle selection, lease initiation, documentation, and handover.

Process monthly lease payments and ensure accurate benefit taxation is applied in coordination with the payroll team.

Maintain comprehensive records and ensure program compliance with all company and governmental regulations.

General Administration

Prepare regular reports on utilization, cost, and employee participation for both benefit areas.

Develop and update employee benefit guides and internal process documents.

Participate in benefits-related projects, such as system implementations or policy restructuring.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated Benefits Administration role, with proven expertise in handling Group Mediclaim/Health Insurance and Corporate Car Lease programs.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of health insurance claims procedures, terminology, and legal compliance.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

High proficiency in MS Excel and system integrations

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
