**STEM Educator - Roles and Responsibilities1. Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
- Integrate modern tools like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, coding platforms, AI kits, and robotics.
- Develop age-appropriate content for students (Grades 1-10 or per program structure).
- Customize lesson plans based on student levels, school requirements, and the latest tech trends.

**2. Classroom & Lab Instruction**
- Facilitate hands-on STEM activities and projects.
- Guide students in using hardware kits, coding platforms, and digital tools safely and effectively.
- Encourage creative thinking, innovation, and problem-solving among students.
- Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and group-based projects during sessions.

**3. Assessment & Feedback**
- Design and administer quizzes, MCQs, practical evaluations, and project reviews.
- Track student progress and maintain academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvement areas for students.

**4. Workshop & Event Facilitation**
- Conduct workshops, hackathons, exhibitions, and STEM carnivals in schools.
- Support students in project building and presentations during inter-school events or STEM fairs.
- Assist in organizing robotics competitions, coding contests, and maker festivals.

**5. Collaboration & Training**
- Collaborate with school teachers and coordinators to align STEM activities with academic goals.
- Train teachers on using STEM kits and platforms as part of the school curriculum.
- Participate in team meetings to review progress and brainstorm new initiatives.

**6. Technical & Digital Support**
- Set up and maintain STEM lab equipment like Arduino boards, 3D printers, sensors, and laptops.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.
- Maintain inventory of kits and resources and report needs to management.

**7. Documentation & Reporting**
- Document project workflows, student achievements, and success stories.
- Submit periodic reports to program coordinators or school heads.

**8. Continuous Learning & Innovation**
- Stay updated with emerging trends in STEM, EdTech, AI, and IoT.
- Propose and prototype new modules, activities, and experiments for future programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,368.56 per month
