Job Title: STEM Educator

Job Description: Prim Buds Garden School is dedicated to fostering creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning through our STEM programs. We are looking for passionate and motivated interns to join our team and contribute to the education and development of our students

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teach STEM Classes**:

- Assist in designing and delivering interactive STEM lessons for students across various age groups.
- Facilitate hands-on activities, experiments, and projects that align with the STEM curriculum.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical assistance to students working on STEM projects, including troubleshooting and guiding them through complex tasks.
- Aid in the identification and development of student projects, ensuring they align with educational objectives.

**Project Guidance**:

- Mentor students in the execution of their STEM projects, offering insights and support to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate STEM activities into the broader educational framework.

**Innovative Contribution**:

- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve STEM programs and project outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in STEM education and technology.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and working with students.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.

**Availability**:

- Willingness to commit to a part-time or full-time internship, with flexible hours to accommodate school schedules.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
