- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students.
- Utilize digital tools, software, and lab equipment effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Work with colleagues, industry partners, and community organizations to enrich STEM learning experiences and provide real-world connections.
- Encourage curiosity, resilience, and a love for STEM disciplines through classroom culture and extracurricular opportunities.
