**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated professional to join our team in an operations role. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys handling logistics, coordination, and multi-tasking in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Conference & Event Logistics**
- Manage printing and production of bags, pens, diaries, ID cards, lanyards, and other conference materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of all items.
- Assist with on-ground logistics and execution during conferences/events.

**Training Program & Website Coordination**
- Create teacher IDs on the company’s website and allot courses.
- Track assignments and submissions; follow up with teachers for timely completion.
- Prepare and upload certificates for course completions.

**Marketing & Lead Engagement**
- Handle communication with incoming leads (school leaders, principals, teachers).
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-up status.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Assist with program execution on event days.
- Provide operational support to the team as required.
- Support occasional sales or client communication if needed.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Interest in the education sector and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
