Position: Operations Coordinator Executive

Experience: 3 years or more
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and facilitate operations within the Rapid Department.
- Communicate effectively with the operational team to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Utilize and manage CRM or related software proficiently to streamline operations.
- Perform back-office coordination tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with various departments for smooth operational processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in an operational coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM or similar software (e.g., ZOOH).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: Up to 32,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
