**Age Limit: 20-30

**Job Summary**: Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to guide the students about the NEET Counselling process and simultaneously persuade Students/Parents to purchase company’s services.

**Requirements and Skills**:
**Language**:English and Kannada(mandatory)

**Education**:12th/Diploma/Any Graduate (Preferably Psychology Background)
- Must have the basic knowledge of Career Counselling and Sales process.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn about the company’s service and describe/explain to the Customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Guide the students about the NEET counselling process.
- Go extra mile to build long-term relationship with the student to facilitate future sales.
- Contact potential customers (Parents) to inform them about the service using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, based on that answer/explain about the services of the company and close the sales.
- Take and process the sales in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
