**Student Career Counselor - Job DescriptionAbout the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess students’ interests, skills, and career aspirations through counseling sessions.
- Provide guidance on career options, educational pathways, and skill development.
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Conduct career workshops, seminars, and personality development sessions.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and industry experts for student placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and skill requirements.
- Offer support in higher education selection, scholarship opportunities, and entrance exams.
- Maintain records of counseling sessions and student progress.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in career counseling or student advisory roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of career trends, higher education opportunities, and job market demands.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students toward career success.
- Experience with career assessment tools and counseling techniques.
