**Position: Career Counselor (Edu-Tech)**

As a Telesales Representative at [**IEXCEL Learning Solutions**], you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers in the education sector. Leveraging your strong communication skills and product knowledge, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our educational technology solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our edu-tech products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and technology.
