**Job Title: CNC Programmer and Operator**
location : Akoli Raipur

**Job Overview**:The CNC Programmer and Operator play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. This position requires a combination of programming skills, technical expertise, and hands-on operation of CNC equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CNC Programming**:Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to create CNC programs.
Use CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to generate toolpaths and program CNC machines.
Optimize programs for efficiency and minimize cycle times.
Debug and troubleshoot programs to ensure accurate and reliable machine operation.

**Machine Setup**:Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.
Load and unload materials into CNC machines.
Calibrate machines to ensure precision and accuracy in production.

**CNC Operation**:Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
Adjust machine settings as needed during production.
Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

**Quality Control**:Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Make adjustments to programs or machine settings to correct errors or deviations.
Collaborate with quality control personnel to address and resolve quality issues.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, setups, and tooling configurations.
Document changes made to programs and machine settings.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to understand project requirements.
Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements for manufacturability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational or technical training in CNC programming and operation.

**Experience**:Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Operator.
Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.

**Skills**:Proficient in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,533.64 - ₹26,886.85 per month
