Job Title: CNC Programmer - Steel Fabrication Industry

Location : Akoli Village Raipur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our Steel Fabrication team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing CNC programs to efficiently operate our CNC machines in the production of steel components and structures. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring precision, quality, and productivity in our manufacturing processes.

**Responsibilities**:
CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for various CNC machines, such as CNC mills, lathes, plasma cutters, and laser cutters.

Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints to accurately translate design requirements into CNC programs.

Tool Selection and Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices to ensure proper setup and alignment of materials for machining.

Machine Operation: Operate and oversee the CNC machines to execute programmed tasks with precision and efficiency while adhering to safety guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of finished products to verify conformity to specifications and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with CNC programs, machines, and tools to maintain smooth production processes and minimize downtime.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and achieve higher accuracy.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of manufacturing activities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, process changes, and any modifications made to ensure traceability and repeatability.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in CNC programming is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in the steel fabrication industry or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, G-code programming, and CNC machine operation. Familiarity with various CNC machining techniques and metal cutting processes.

Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate machining.

Time Management: Efficient time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any challenges or improvements to management.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.24 - ₹35,221.21 per month
