Back Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or back office role is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
