Senior Operations Executive

Location: Kolkata

Skills Required:

- Set up meetings (should be aware of different time zone).
- Excellent communication and presentable.
- Arrange and Co-ordinate meetings and events
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- Prepare and edit Correspondence, communications, and other documents.
- Hold strategic discussions with C-levels.
- Introduce and represent company in public events.
- Flexible for Travel

**Responsibilities**:

- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and should be aware of different time zone while scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and Speaking for the executive.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing iling and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
